Mentoring our students every step of the way.
We offer a course designed to meet the diverse needs of every student. Following successful enrollment in any of our courses (excluding Practice and Mock Test-only sessions), students will be provided with the necessary training materials. Additionally, full support from our instructor will be available to address any issues that may arise during independent practice.
Furthermore, as an additional benefit, participants will receive unlimited access to monologue audio recordings in both English and Vietnamese to further cultivate their “Language Mind Switching Skills,” enhance their cognitive reflexes, and improve their listening, note-taking, and memory retention abilities. It is important to note that these supplementary monologue audio recordings are intended for student self-study. The objective is for students to practice, record, and listen to their own work, subsequently engaging in self-feedback and reflection to enhance their cognitive reflexes, listening, and note-taking skills.

5 Week Intensive Classes (recommended)
OVERview
We offer an intensive face-to-face course designed to prepare students for the NAATI CCL Test. Throughout this five-week program, participants will engage in the following activities:
- Instruction in note-taking techniques, memory retention skills, and essential theories regarding the efficient utilisation of memory to enable successful note-taking and accurate message transmission during the examination.
- Acquisition of strategies to avoid significant distortions of meaning, as well as the improper addition, omission, or insertion of information, particularly in contexts where such inaccuracies may adversely affect the clarity of meaning transfer and rapid cognitive processing.
- Practice in interpreting dialogues across various subjects, including but not limited to: Education, Immigration and Settlement, Health, Legal matters, Banking, Social Welfare, Employment, Insurance, Consumer issues, and Housing.
COURSE TERM
Classes run every Saturday OR Sunday for 5 weeks. Weekday classes can also be arranged.
Classes start from 9 am - 1 pm with a 15-minute break.

Beginning in week 2 and continuing every week, students will receive a set of mock tests comprising two dialogues, which are to be returned for evaluation and feedback.

Revision of the CCL Introduction, Common Errors Committed During the Examination, Skills for Note-taking and Memory Retention, and Effective Practice Techniques Utilising Training Materials.
Dialogue practice in topics: Immigration-Settlement, Education, Housing
Mock test (2 dialogues)
Week 2:
Dialogue practice in topics: Consumer and Insurance, Business, Finacial, Banking
Mock test (2 dialogues)
Week 3 :

Furthermore, an additional set of mock tests (two dialogues) will be conducted prior to your actual CCL test date, provided that the test date is more than two weeks after the conclusion of the course.
3 Week Intensive Express Classes
OVERVIEW
Intensive Express Classes offer supplementary assistance to proficient students who possess a high level of fluency in both the English and Vietnamese languages and/or seek a second opportunity to attempt the CCL examination. Throughout this three-week course, students will engage in the following activities:

5 week Online Classes
OVERVIEW
We provide identical instructional methods for students seeking to learn online at their convenience. Our instructors engage with students through an online platform, delivering personalised feedback and instruction.
Course term
This online course is available for students within Australia and overseas.
The maximum number of students in one class is 2.
The course comprises five lessons delivered remotely by our Head Trainer, Ms. Thu, totaling fifteen hours in duration.
The date and time can be adjusted to accommodate the availability of both the trainer and the student.
Course structure

Practice & Mock Test only session
Overview
Sessions are available to students by appointment. These sessions are conducted remotely. This one-time session is designed for students to assess whether additional training is necessary in preparation for their CCL test. It is also appropriate for students who are retaking the CCL test.
Class STRUCTURE
This session entails one practice dialogue for warming up, followed by one set of mock tests consisting of two dialogues, during which comprehensive feedback will be provided by our trainer in real-time.

Advantages:
Appointments are available for students to schedule sessions.
This one-time session is designed for students to assess whether additional training is necessary in preparation for their CCL examination. It is also appropriate for students who are retaking the CCL test.

The dialogues are created and organised by our qualified trainer and, under no circumstances, do they reflect the materials utilized or to be utilised in the NAATI CCL examination. Consequently, the completion of this course and proficiency in the practiced dialogues and training materials will not guarantee a successful outcome in the NAATI CCL examination in any capacity.
Terms and conditions
You must register for your NAATI CCL test through the online platform. You will only be awarded CCL 5 points upon successfully passing the test.
It is expected that you demonstrate proficiency and possess strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Our assistance is limited to helping you develop and enhance your interpreting skills. You are encouraged to engage in additional daily study and practice at home.
The full payment of the fee is required before the dispatch of training materials. Kindly ensure you include your full name and the specific course you are enrolling in within the description.
We highly recommend that you begin your practice at least two weeks prior to the commencement date of the course.
Please be advised: We strongly suggest that you register for your CCL test with NAATI before enrolling in our course. Please note that the course fee is non-refundable in the event of a change of mind, and ISAT reserves the discretion to determine eligibility for refunds or changes to course dates.
